The Income Tax Department has launched its official account on micro-blogging site Twitter with the handle "incometaxindia". CASANSAAR already on Twitter with the handle "casansaar"
The first tweet of the income tax department read: "Follow us to stay updated on the latest taxpayer services".
The Income Tax Department also said in another tweet that users could get all the details about the department on its official website.
