Respected Professional Colleague,
Elections to the Central & Regional Councils of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are round the corner. With the God’s grace, blessings of my Parents & Elders, Support of my Friends and well Wishers I have filed the Nomination Papers for my candidature for the CENTRAL COUNCIL Elections (CC) of ICAI to be held on 7th & 8th December. 2018.
ABOUT MYSELF
Born & Brought up in Rohtak (Haryana) and Graduate with Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Maharshi Dayanand University (M.D.U), Rohtak. I am Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Partner in KHURANA VIVEK & CO., Chartered Accountants.

Job Portal :- A successfully running feature of www.casansaar.com i.e Exclusive Job Portal for CA, CA, CMA Community. 16200 JOBS POSTED IN LAST 8 YEARS.
(Where Members can search Jobs in CA Firms or Industry visa vis CA Firms & Industry can post and search suitable candidates. 24500 CVs uploaded of CA , CS and CMAs)
Empanelment :- its very useful for our Members, where they can search empanelments for Chartered Accountants for Bank Audits, CAG , PSUs and different Industries.
Blood Bank :- We have also started online Blood Bank Facilities, Where member can voluntarily enrolled himself as Donor and if some one required blood then they can search the blood donors. More then 1800 Members Voluntarily registered themselves as Blood Donors.
Matrimonial Services :- Another successfully running feature of www.casansaar.com i.e Exclusive Matrimonial Service for CA, CA, CMA Community around the world…More then 215 Couples had tied there bonding into Marriage through the Best Exclusive feature of our website www.casansaar.com i.e Matrimonial service for CA, CS CMA around the World. More then 6400 Profiles are registered on casansaar.com
Classifieds Services :- Very useful service we have started where members can search Partners for their firms on PAN India Basis.
Lots of other services we are providing for Professionals such as regular Professional Updates thru emails to more then 72000 Member on all india basis, (who had opted our services)
Professional updates to Members thru WhatsApp to more then 28000 members.(who had opted our services)
I have been doing all this in my personal capacity since last Eight years without any break, and very much thankful to all professionals and students for their love, affections and appreciations. Now I also want the same at ICAI level.
ACHIVEMENTS
Elected as Regional Council Member (NIRC) in 2015 for the year 2016-19 with Higest no. of votes and Quota out of 58 members in the history of ICAI.

- Improved the qualities of GMCS, Best Faculties, Transparency in selection of Faculties
- NIRC News Letter more informative.
- Video sharing of various NIRC seminars/ workshops
- Maximum numbers of Seminars for Students and Members
- Video sharing of various NIRC seminars/ workshops
- Raised Members Voice to Central Council & ICAI
Now I request members to provide me the platform of Central Council (ICAI) to do some more for the Profession and serve the members in larger aspect. I request members to consider me for their first preference while casting their votes on coming 7th and 8th December 2018. My Serial No. oon Ballot Paper is 13.
Election Manifesto
Besides above I always stand for :-
- To Give Strong Representation to the Govt regarding the issues / problem faced by Members.
- To take suitable steps for Enhancement of Social Image of our profession & of ICAI.
- Job Portal for Newly Qualified Members at ICAI Level to be more effective.
- To reduce the limit of Concurrent Audits form 4 per Partners to 4 per Firm.
- Live Streaming / Video sharing of Council / committee meetings of ICAI
- Delectation by Council Members Every Year - CAG Audits / PSU Audits / Banks Audits done by Council Members / Council Members Firms.
- Grievance Cell run by ICAI to be more effective.
- ICAI News Letter to be more informative.
- Ensuring at most equal contribution of work like concurrent audit & other works.
- Make ICAI 100% IT Enabled (Every Forms for Members and Students to be online)
- Proper transparency in the working of ICAI
- Extra time to Physically disabled candidates in CA Exams.
- To regulate the tendering process for allotment of Audit work of Govt Agencies.
- Helpdesk at ICAI for Members & Students, Toll Free Number for Members and Students.
- New Venues / Opportunities for the Members (All audits, particularly where public money is involved)
- Autonomy for Bank Branch / Central Statutory Audit of Bank should be with RBI.
- Larger Roles of Members in Industry in the Committees of ICAI
- Campus Placement for Members in India and outside to be more effective.
- Placement Cell at ICAI (Where Members can approach for Jobs and Industry can approach for selection of Candidates)
- Transparency in Selection of Examiners / Observers.
- Reform in ICAI exam evaluation procedure.
By selecting me as your representative you can ensure that a supporter and fighter will be there who will not only support you but who will always be ready to raise voice for the dignity of profession and professionalism.
I would to end with that it’s my unconditional love for my profession and professional fellows. I dedicate me and my life solely and completely for my profession. It is just the beginning the sky is too far to approach……!
