Implementation of Cheque Truncation System - Dispensation of the requirement of forwarding of government cheques in physical form to government

Please refer to our circular DGBA.GAD.No.H - 1463/42.01.035/2014-15 dated September 30, 2014 wherein it was stated that the discontinuation of P2F for government cheques was to be implemented with effect from January 1, 2015.

2. However, it has now been decided to postpone the implementation of discontinuation of P2F. The revised date would be advised shortly.
