whether it is possible to know who is the auditor of a Co.

You can find it through filed documents on the ROC website by paying the requisite fees.

25-Jan-2013 , 02:15:03 amyou can download from 23B form from Roc site an open it. Then Type the CIN of Company and press the button Prefill. Then u will able to find the name of auditor there.
