28-Jan-2013 , 06:21:13 pmMajor documents to be checked. 1. Purchase Order. 2. Commercial Invoice. 3. Bill of Lading. 4. Bill of Entry. Payment can be made against only Triplicate Bill of Entry. Every Bank would ask for following documents at the time of payment: 1. Commercial Invoice 2. Triplicate Bill of entry - must have the stamp & signature of Custom authority. 3. Bill of Lading - Photocopy sufficient. Thanks
