Sir, whether the decalartion u/s 194C(6) can be submitted by a transport contractor not owning truck, but the transportation will be provided by hiring trucks. His transportation receipt in crores.

04-Jun-2015 , 05:20:39 pmNO he can't submit declaration for non deduction of TDS. As this is only for the transport who owns 10 or less trucks and used them in transport business.
