I have received notice u/s 139(9) as defective return filed for A.Y. 2014-15. Can anybody tell me the procedure to prepare and file return u/s 139 (9)

13-Aug-2015 , 11:17:30 amYou can also e-file your response to notice u/s 139(9) online in your account by following these steps : 1. Login to your account 2. Go to e-file option near My Account 3. Opt for "e-file in response to noticeu/s 139(9). For this your require to have copy of return filed with you. You have to enter details from it like acknowledgement number, Assessment Year, ITR form number etc..
