i have received a notice under sec. 245 due to mismatch of tds deductor

Notice u/s 245 is for - Adjustment of Refund with any outstanding demand in respect of earlier returns.
Regarding TDS Mismatch -Refer your 26 AS form & Check Whether your TDS is deposited by the parties, who deducted it.
