What are the consequences if an assesse is served notice to appear in person and produce books but he is not at his address and only his relatives receive the notice for him?

21-Dec-2014 , 03:10:05 pmHe can authorised a CA as his representative to produce the books of accounts on his behalf. or if he is permanently shifted then he can apply for jurisdiction change.
