we have franchisee for computer institute. is Rs.10,00,000 exemption can be availed or we have to pay service tax right from Re.1 of the fee we collect from students. pl reply. thanks

liability to pay servicer tax arise when value of service exceed Rs.10,00,000 so u don,t need tyo collct

Dear Sir, The liability to pay service tax arises once turnover exceeds Rs.10,00,000/- for any type of services.
