Sorry,, typing mistake,, last 12 months should start before nov 2014... so for 3 yrs training you can fill and send the form upto Nov 2012

17-Mar-2012 , 12:13:02 amyour first attempt becomes due during the last 12 months of articleship... so technically the last year should start before NOV 2013.. make the remaining calculations accordingly..
