Please Help: Non receipt of statement of marks

I have not receive my STATEMENT OF MARKS of PCC exams given by me in November, 2011.
Many time i have call to INSTITUTE'S helpline No. But no solution is provided by them.
Please provide me the Solution/Proceedure, what should i do to receive my STATEMENT OF MARKS.

Dear Nikhil, instead of going to the vishwas nagar office, you should go to the noida branch office because all the exam related issues has been sort out there.
I have also faced the same problem in the past and in that case i have sent to the noida by Vishwas nagar office.
There you have to submit an application in your own handwritting and then you will get duplicate mark sheet with in one week.....
