Please Help: HUF as partner in partnership firm

If Two HUFs are partners in partnership firm even though huf is not allowed to be partner . Now These HUF wants to transfer their capital and share in partnership firm to karta in his indiviual capacity then what will be accounting and taxation treatment ?
