While calculating value of Plant and machinary under MSME Act , defintion of plant and machinary include vehicle,computer, furniture.

10-Mar-2018 , 12:45:54 pmAs per recent amendment classification under MSME Act has been changed from investment in plant and machinery to "Turnover". Hence if the turnover is upto 5 crore it shall be classified as Micro Enterprise, greater than 5 crore and upto 75 crore as Small Enterprise and greater than 75 crore and upto 250 crore as Medium Enterprise
