Please Help: Need material stock register for manufacturing unit

Hello friends,
I need a material stock register for garment manufacturing unit. The unit comprising of making variety of readymade garments on various job & contractors. It uses various kind of raw material...like fabric, thread, buttons, elastic etc. It purchases the raw material & issues it to job & contractors from which finished product is received. Presently the unit is maintaining it manually. But now they want to computerized register for stock of raw material in hand & stock with the job & contractors. We are working on a excel sheet for them. Still need some valuable assistance for the same.
