both partners have right to remuneration. on the consent of the partner firm can reinvest the amount in his capital instead of paying the same.

Thank You. If in case one partner not work in that particular year so firm is not giving remuneration to that partner but in deed it is written to give 2 partner what will be done in these case?

Partnership Deed Specifies maximum, if one partner does not want to receive remuneration, then add it to profits of the firm
