IF WEBSITE IS USED FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR IT WILL BE TREATED AS CAPITAL ASSET OTHERWISE REVENUE ASSET

Asset for expenditure spent for web designing. But annual maintanence is revenue expenditure.
