how should be treated now
or just be shown in the balance sheet of cy also

03-Oct-2014 , 10:39:11 amI agree with Nidhi..Share application money is not remain o/s so you should classified that share application money under Short term borrowings.

20-Mar-2015 , 01:33:33 amAs per new companies Act 2013 (Sec 73), Share must be alloted within 60 days from date of received of application money otherwise it treat as deposit & require to interest on such deposit
