Does reason in previous year BRS statement should be included in current year BRS (If not incorporated in cashbook).

Dear ask clearly. if the entry is still pending in the current year then the same reasons may be valid.

if the transaction in the previous year BRS satatement has not yet posted in the current year's cash book, then the same transaction will be included in the current year BRS statement (if the transaction is not reversed/bounced in the bank statement)

Definitely it will be included in the current years BRS. Otherwise your balance as per cash book and the balance as per pass book will not tally at the end of the year unless it is reversed or bounced in the bank statement.
