17-Aug-2011 , 12:17:14 pmMy dear Ankur, where you want to register the sole proprietor, please clarify first. Because in income tax there is no registration required for the sole proprietor, but yes in sales tax it is required to register the sole proprietor, if the above act is applicable on that business. So if you clarify then only anybody can respond correctly, hope you will understand and clarify the same. Have a nice day..........
