Please Help: Remuneration of Partner

In deed it is written that 2 partner will receive remuneration if firm wants to give remuneration to one partner only. what to do in above case?

09-Mar-2015 , 03:10:40 pmboth partners have right to remuneration. on the consent of the partner firm can reinvest the amount in his capital instead of paying the same.
