Please Help: Appiontment of Auditor by Pvt. Ltd. Co

A Company was formed on 2/8/2011, in a board meeting held on 15/08/2011 Directors Appionted the first Auditor but not intimation was sent to ROC Nor the audit report, Annual returns etc. have been submitted to ROC. Now in what form No Intimation of appiontment , annual returns etc shall be submitted by the Company/Auditor to ROC.
