Please Help: Articleship transfer restrict

my ca said" write letter stating you wont serve rest of your articleship in INDIA but from NEPAL only." i will send it to ICAI with form 109.

this was a reply, when i asked my CA for transfer "my mom is sick in nepal i have to be there and will continue my articleship there.", i got in this firm, where i am now sent to client place to work as an employee. and not audit.

i needed transfer its 2 months+ now that i am registed here.......

plz help, am i bound to that letter if i register in DELHI.
Will any issue arrise if that happens, i am clueless.. plzz help. reply soon.
