Hello, I am newly practincing CA and a newly formed pvt ltd co had approched me for the Statutory Audit Facts are as below:
1.The Company was formed during the year 2013-14
2.however they have not appointed first statutory auditor in their first board meeting.
3.Till date they have not appointed any audtor as their first auditor
What is remedy for the Company and Can I become the First auditor of the Comapany?
please help

The Co. is required to hold an EGM as early as possible & in that meeting they can appoint you as your first auditor.
