Whether partner of the firm who has surrender his own individual firm name, can accept and sign the Tax Audit report under his personal capacity with only his MRN No. ?

17-Nov-2015 , 11:04:22 pmA recently qualify C.A holding full time COP can sign the Tax audit report under his name. So it may be possible that a C.A who surrender his firm name but having full time COP can accept and sign Tax Audit report.
