Please Help: Appointment of Auditor

Query related to Appointment of Auditor.......??? I want to ask one query that a company has completed procedure for removal of auditor under Section 224(7) and the date of EGM is 8th September 2011 now if they have to appoint an auditor then they have to undergo the process under section 224(6) Fill Casual Vacancy or appoint new auditors in AGM of September 2011. If they opt the process under Section 224(6) then please let me know the procedure for compliance under the aforesaid section.........???????

02-Nov-2011 , 02:29:12 amBOD will appoint new auditor in Board meeting and give him the appointment letter, Board resolution needs to be passed, tenure of the auditor will be from the date of appointment to the next AGM, auditor has to accept the offer within 7 days and give declaration that he is not disqualified and has to file form 23B within 30 days of appointment
