major areas to vouch are receipt of fees and income and please check whether expenses are for the object and made following the required procedure and read trust deed in case school is run by trust it will give you better idea on the scope and areas of audit

receipt, expenditure, sources of donations and purchase of assets. Check whether the school has been registration under the Co-operative act / trust act and draft reports according to those formats
