Dear shyam ji, of-course a part time cop holder can become the partner in ca firm, and the benefits of this are well known by you, as i guess. The work load will absolutely be increased, his goodwill, ability, capacity, etc. will also be added, as a new coming partner of a general firm benefits to the firm, the same would benefit here.....
