TURNOVER OF ASSESSE IS NOT MORE THAN 1 CRORE AND HE ALSO DECLARE PROFIT MORE THAN 8% AND NOW HE WANTS TO GET HIS BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS AUDIT AS PER INCOME TAX ACT VOLUNTRARILY. IN WHICH SECTION HIS BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS AUDITED U/S 44AB OR US 44AD AND IS IT MANDATORY TO E FILE THE SAME

04-Sep-2013 , 10:23:43 amAs tax audit is not applicable to u so u don't need to get your accounts audited and also no need to file this with IT department online but even if it is not applicabe to u but u want to get your accounts then it will be better to file with IT department.
