Please Help: how to get firm registration with RBI?

My firm wants to get registered empanelment for conconcurrent audit for 2012-13. For that firm registraton with RBI (Uniuqe Code) is required. I want to know how can we get this? Whts the procedure to get the same>?

Dear, having three years of experience of your firm can make your firm eligible for Bank Audit & five years for CAG penal. Name of the firm is provided by ICAI to RBI. Firms have to fill multipurpose empanelment form.
