If any firm has appointed as internal auditor of parent company,then the same firm shall be able to appoint as statutory audit of any its subsidiary company..??
Please give me answer with reference with code of ethics....

Yes. . A ca firm can be an internal auditor in one company and statutory auditor in any of its parent or subsidiary company. No case law at hand and have seen it in practical situation
