Presently i am proprietor of my own name firm.but very recently i am making a partnership firm with new firm name ,if i file MEF and got any bank audit then in which name the appoint letter issue either my current firm name or future new firm name?

03-Aug-2011 , 01:30:41 pmDear Rajnesh Ji, MEF application filled by u in accordance your firm status as on 01.01.2011. if your partnership firm FRN no. change with proprietorship firm than u will apply only proprietorship FRN status not partnership Firm FRN Status.
