a "XYZ" firm was having category 2 in fy 2010-11, and in fy 2011-12 having same status, same partners with increased in professional staff. Can the category be changed from 2 to 4. bcz according to me it should not be done. if any one having the solution of the same. kindly let me know at the earliest.
