Please Help: NOC From Previous Auditor

i m doing audit of NREGA Gram Panchayat for F.Y.2009-10 @800/- Per Gram Panchayat.and submitted the bill. for the F.Y.2010-11 Zila Panchayat Invited Tender for allotment of Audit. various CA Firm are Applied for this and quote Less fees i.e. below 800/-. i want to know that can the firm take assignment in such below rate and i also want to know that can a CA firm accept assignemt before Getting NOC From Me.

25-Nov-2011 , 09:04:28 amDear Sunil Ji, Yes the other firm can accept the above audit below Rs. 800 per gram panchayat and if you will not give your noc then also the other firm can very well operate because if the auditee doesn't wants to be audited by your firm for any reason then you can't force them by just not issuing the noc. Furthermore i want to add that being a professional also you are not suppose to force anybody for audit. hope you got the answer you were looking for. Have a nice day Sunil Ji..............
