Dear Ashish,
the type of risk such as financial, technical, run time etc depends upon the type of service agreement.
Further, in the event of non reneval of the service agreement, the company cannot be in a position to establish the genuniness of the expenses.
There can be other implications also but the same will be dependent upon the service agreement.
