Please Help: Bank Audit

During Audit of one of the branch of a bank, i found the customer of bank to whom bank gave a term loan . The period of loan is for five year. In the first year of tenure the party pay almost 95% of his loan liability. But, in subsequent year the party did not pay any amount. Will this account considered as NPA or not.
