Please Help: MEF

I am registered with instite as individual and sole proprietor. Individual is registered in 2003 and sole in 2014. Now as per MEf they are asking to cance one of these. I am holding concurrent audit in banks as Individual. UCN is also allotted as individual. If i cancel the individual status , will it affect my UCN , My current appointment as CCA and also my empanelment with the PSu bank as br stat auditor( Last year was the first yearas sba with a psu bank)
