We have imported capital goods @3% custom duty concession rate.We have export obligation of 8th times of duty saved. we are ground handler at Airport and providing ground handling services to domestic and foreign airlines. we are recining revenue from foreign airlines both in USD and INR. i would like to know whether money receipt in INr would qualify as deemed export for meeting export obligation of 8th Times. 2nd query is that what are the records or compliances which have to maintain or fulfill with DGFT depart...Thanks
