Please Help: MARKET LINKED FOCUS PRODUCT SCHEME

one of our clients is manufacturer of knitted cloth and exporting same to european union & usa. recently, we came to know of the MLFPS scheme. can anybody please guide, how to apply undrer the same to obtain the incentive of 2% duty scrips of mlfps. can we also apply for the last 3 yrs.? from where can we get the relevant information. we checked the dgft website also but nothing is mentioned there in this regard. please help.
