I am running the manufacturing company. This current year 2012-2013 I am estimating sale in 1.25cr and 30laksh. I am applicable in central Excise or Service Tax

27-Dec-2012 , 10:18:04 amApplicability of central excise or service tax would not depend on the quantum of sales. It would depend on whether you are manufacturing something or providing a service. In the current scenario it seems that you are manufacturing goods and hence would be liable under central excise.
