now a days i m working with as manufacturing Chemical Factory. turnover 1.50 crocre ..
so my confusion is how much minimum Amt. then must go ahead with Excise Invoice Genarate i mean Exicable Rules follow by company must suggest sir please..

28-May-2014 , 10:27:02 amIf you are sure you turn over does not exceed 1.5 Crore. then you are coverd under SSI unit and you also can have the Exemptions as SSI unit same time . you can't claim the Input credit as well. you can refer the General Exemtions http://www.cbec.gov.in/excise/cxt2012-13/cx-gen/cx-gen1.pdf
