Company has its captive power plant and company is selling electricity, so now whether company is reuired to reverse whole or proportionate cenvat taken on capital goods and inputs

Proportionate cenvat credit needs to be reversed. Refer to a similar case law from idt where company selling naptha was required to reverse proportionate credit of cenvat.
