PLS PROVIDE PROCEDURE OF
DUTY PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF
DEBONDING OF 100% EOU. CAN
IT BE PAID THROUGH CENVAT
CREDIT ACCOUNT.I NEED
SPECIALLY IN CASE OF INDIGENOUS/IMPORTED INPUTS
AND WORK IN PROCESS. ALSO
QUOTE CIRCULAR/
NOTIFICATION/CASE LAWS ETC.

At the time of debonding of 100% eou, firstly the duty is paid through the cenvet credit if it is lying, then else.
