01-Mar-2013 , 04:13:18 pmif sales made in calcutta then against c-form and tax will be charged 2% if not made against c-form than rate as per your state will be charged

11-Apr-2013 , 03:39:04 pmdepends on nature of item sold as in which schedule it falls.... VAT is state matter so relevant schedule should be referred for sale of particular type of product.
