Please Help: Part time COP

Dear Professional Members, I am chartered accountant and had propertiorship firm , recently i joined in one organisation and applied for part time cop. Can i take full time cop holders as partners and continue my firm . i will not do any attest functions but the partners who hold full time cop will attest on the behalf of firm name. can i do like this. Please suggest me.
