1. Short Quatity
2. Higher invoicing
3. Quality Issue
Can we are liable to Reverse ITC on proportionate basis under GST Act.

26-Jan-2021 , 05:06:44 pmIn such case you can issue a credit note if it is within the time limit mentioned in section 34 ofthe CGST Act i.e by 30th sep of the FY following the end of the FY in which the invoice is issued.
