Please Help: GST Input U/s 17(3)

In a restaurants which serves both liquor and food, GST input (on food is used only for supply of food but Input on rent services is for both supply Liquor and food. Is Input on rent is restricted on food sale as per section 17(3) of GST Input Credit.. Please let me know
