In case of accountant wrongly deposited IGST amount in CGST and SGST. Is there a way rectify the same.

11-Jan-2018 , 11:05:11 pmThere is no way to rectify this mistake.You will have to pay the IGST to get the GST liability set off properly. You can take refund of CGST & SGST wrongly deposited by you by filing the GST Refund form or can use the same for future GST liabilities.
