Dear Sir,
I have one office in Gurugram from where I am paying GST on Rent But there is no Output tax Liability in Gurugram and my Output Tax Liability from delhi . Now How can I take ITC on Rent .
Can I take ITC on payment of Output tax liability of Delhi .

23-Sep-2017 , 09:21:34 amto avail input tax credit ISD registration required. its a matter of cost benefit analyses whether it is financially viable to claim ITC.
