Please Help: input credit

Hello. I have transportation of goods by road business. I am registered under GST. Now, I wanted to ask since freight paid to GTA is taxable under Reverse Charge Mechanism, and therefore I am not liable to pay GST. But, can I take credit and refund of the tax that I pay for purchase of Battery, Tyre or even truck purchase in the name of the company. Kindly suggest.
